My developer was trying to transfer our 3 WPML over to us for 3 sites that are using WPML. One site was successfully transferred; however, the other 2 sites are displaying the following error " You have already activated this account. "
We tried upgrading to Multilingual CMS to support the 3 licenses for our 3 sites, but we get the following error "You can't buy this subscription as End user"
We want to take ownership of all 3 licenses. For additional information, kindly refer to the points below:
