This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that some translation tasks sent to the Quicksilver translator were still appearing as incomplete despite being finished. The translator also confirmed that they could not see the tasks to complete them. Additionally, the TP ID was showing as 0, and an incorrect delivery date was displayed.
Solution:
We resolved the issue, although the exact cause remains unclear. We recommend sending translations in small batches and ensuring that each batch has a unique name to prevent similar issues.

Hello, a few days ago we sent some translations to the Quicksilver translator. We have already received the translations, but we continue to see some tasks by the translator that have already been completed and he tells us that he does not see them to do them either. Furthermore, the TP ID is 0, which seems strange and the delivery time says it is 12-28-2023, but we didn't indicate this date.

Thanks, I did some tests but ultimately I escalated to the proxy team so they can check what's going on, I'll let you have news as soon as possible.

the issue is now solved.

We're not sure why it happened in the first place, but from the proxy team recommend sending small batches of jobs and to check that each batch has a unique name.
