Problem:
The client reported that some translation tasks sent to the Quicksilver translator were still appearing as incomplete despite being finished. The translator also confirmed that they could not see the tasks to complete them. Additionally, the TP ID was showing as 0, and an incorrect delivery date was displayed.
Solution:
We resolved the issue, although the exact cause remains unclear. We recommend sending translations in small batches and ensuring that each batch has a unique name to prevent similar issues.
