Hello wpml,

Please help, one of the languajes I want to translate makes an error (only in Portuguese)and not finish to translate.
This monday finish my time to have a discount in wpml in price cause Im translation a lot.

When I do it manually in ATE this erorr appears. "no languaje maping available for machine translation".

Hi Joaquim,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

I see there are two issues here:
1. The Jobs tab on WPML > Translation Management displays an error message.
2. When you open ATE to translate a post, there is an error message "no language mapping available for machine translation".

We can handle one issue per ticket only so I will split the second issue into another ticket for better handling.

Regarding the first issue with the Jobs tab, please enable WP debug log and visit the Jobs tab again. Then check the error log to see if there is any fatal error and share the log with me. If you don't know how to enable WP debug log, please follow the documentation https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also enable a minimal environment as below and see if it helps:
- Deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
