Hi,

I am writing to report a critical issue that occurred after updating the WPML plugin. For over a month now, all text blocks on my website have disappeared, with the exception of the homepage.

I previously opened a support ticket about this (see link below), but it was closed without a resolution.
Link to previous topic: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/urgent-my-half-website-is-gone/

In response to the last update on that ticket: If you check the page revisions using the classic editor view, you can clearly see that there where text blocks before the update. I'm not making up a story. Furthermore, Elementor is flagging compatibility warnings specifically related to WPML. So this should be a known issue from your side.

It is unacceptable for a live website to have missing content for an entire month. I need a definitive solution immediately. Please note that Bobby from your team already has access to my website.

I look forward to your swift response.

Best regards,

Hi there,

My reply was awaiting for your response with more data so we can better help you, as with the current data 1. we can not verify that WPML caused this behavior 2. the issue is not resolved when WPML is deactivated

Therefore the assumption is that WPML deleted the content, which based on previous experience and open tickets from other users is not something that has been reported or seen before.

Please note that this is not me saying that it cannot happen I am simply attempting to collect enough evidence to resolve this for you.

Since our ticket closed due to inactivity the access has been removed automatically.

- Please re share it with us, and I will escalate this for our second tier to also take a look as well.

However, if you do have an active backup in place before this happened it would greatly help as we could easily deploy it on a staging environment and try to reproduce this.
