Use different plugins in different languages

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to display different chat icons for different languages on their website: a WhatsApp chat icon for English and a Telegram chat icon for Russian.

Solution:
We confirmed that the 'Click to chat' plugin the client is using is compatible with WPML. We directed the client to the plugin developer's documentation for translating the 'Click to chat' settings using WPML, which can be found here: https://holithemes.com/plugins/click-to-chat/translate-click-to-chat-settings-using-wpml-plugin/.

For the implementation of a different plugin for the Telegram chat in the Russian language, we advised that this would require custom coding. Since custom work is beyond the scope of our support policy, we recommended that the client hire a developer or a WPML contractor, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/contractors.

nimaS-2	Hi, We have two languages in our website, English and Russian. We want to have two different chat icon in this two languages, actually we have whatsapp icon chat in the English and Russian but we wanna have whatsapp chat in English and Telegram chat in Russian. Is it possible by your plugin? and what should we do to have this in two languages?

By looking at your debug information, I think the plugin that you are referring to is called 'Click to chat'. It seems that this plugin is compatible with WPML and the developers of that plugin have this documentation available on their site: hidden link That is how that plugin works with WPML. For anything more advanced than that, there will be a need for custom work (custom coding) and that falls out of the scope of our WPML Support Policy so you would have to hire a developer or a WPML contractor (https://wpml.org/contractors) if that kind of implementation is 100% necessary. This will require custom work and custom work falls out of the scope of our Support Policy, so, yes, you will need a developer for this in case that's really important. At least a front-end developer to hide specific areas depending on the language. I hope that you will find this information helpful. Mihai
