I am trying to: push content to memoQ using WPML for memoQ

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: In our test environment we can not reproduce this issue, it exist on a client's website.

I expected to see: The language codes should be supported.

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team and I'll help you with this ticket.

As I can see from the provided screenshot there is an issue with the language Pairs or may be the language Mapping.

I assume that you moved your website to a new domain, or maybe started a new project with the same MemoQ credentials, so I need you to check if the Language Pairs are added correctly from memoQ and let me know your findings.

Hello,

I tried the provided credentials but it's not working, it's giving me the following error:

"The username wpml_support is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead."

Could you please double-check and provide me with the right ones?

The staging page is temporary, so we need to speed things up here.

Could you please ask the WPML team to get in touch with our client contact? It’s Assaf Ovadia assaf.ovadia@hibob.io.

He is available to help with the access issue, so it would be great if they could contact him right away.

Could you kindly get in touch with them directly? It would make for a much smoother and hopefully swifter solution.
