Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a variable product with ~10 variations on my site hidden link. In the default language, all variations have the shipping class Palet. When translated into German, the variations are created, but the shipping class changes to Item Palet, and I cannot change it in the backend or sync it with the parent product.
Symptoms:
WPML assigns another class ('Item Palet') to translated variations, and it can’t be corrected or synced.
Questions:
Why does WPML change the shipping class from Palet to Item Palet in translations?
How can I sync the shipping class of translated variations with the default language?
Is there a way to unlock the fields to manually correct the shipping class in translations?
