W3C Validation Error & Warnings for WPML CSS File

yannickb-17	SEPTA is currently doing quality and performance benchmarking for www5.septa.org. When running the CSS files through the W3C validator, I found that hidden link throws one error and 167 warnings. The problem is because the style for .ant-slider-handle sets the box-shadow and -webkit-box-shadow to 0 instead of none. The styles for this class start at line 1586 when you unminify the file. Adjusting these two lines for box-shadow should resolve both the error and the warnings. You can verify the issue using the validator, hidden link.
