[Closed] WCML currency switcher not working at all — possible theme conflict

Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix the issue with the WCML currency switcher, which initially did not work on the mobile version of the site. Now, the problem occurs on the entire site — both desktop and mobile. I followed the steps provided by a support agent to isolate the issue, including deactivating all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Multicurrency, and WPML String Translation, and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five. Symptoms:
The dropdown opens, but clicking any currency has no effect — the page does not reload and prices remain unchanged. The issue appears to be caused by a conflict with my theme (Blonwe Child).

Questions:
What could be causing the WCML currency switcher to not work with the Blonwe Child theme?
How can I resolve the theme conflict to ensure the currency switcher functions correctly?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay due to high workload and the reply time will be shorter from now.

Thanks for isolating the issue. It seems the Blonwe Child theme contains custom code that’s interfering with the WCML currency switcher. Since debugging or modifying custom code is outside our support scope, we recommend asking your theme developer to review and adjust the code so it no longer conflicts with the switcher.
