We have translation of our pages from English to French, German, Romanian, Spanish and Turkish. Pages are manually translated. The page named "Product" translated to all these languages. But As you can see in the attached pictures, I'm clicking + for German language. Then I can see the translations. Then I can successfully save. With or without change. After that + sign turns to Pen symbol as the other languages. But when I refresh (F5) the page. German translation symbol turns to + symbol again. And it doesn't recognized as translated page. So, my German menu has no Products link, therefore its sub items shown instead of it and it became mess. How can we solve this issue?

While one of my teammates works on your ticket, I will provide the initial debugging steps.

Can you try the following steps?

1. Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting

2. Run the following options:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

3. Try to translate the page again

Please don't forget to back up before you go ahead.
