If you are unable to use the cloudways site that I set up, please use a plugin such as WP Staging or ask your hosting provider to set up a staging site where we can further troubleshoot.
Great, can you send me the link to the staging site? I have the credentials in your previous post but not the URL to login. I've marked the next reply as private so that can share the links in the secure fields.
When I used the link you sent yesterday, it redirected me to the regular site, not a staging site. I checked again today and now when I try the link it get a message that it has been forgotten. Please share credentials to the staging site in your next reply and use the private fields ot send the credentials not the general response field.
This is the link to your STAGING site? Because it is the same link that you used in the original chat that was opened.
