Background of the issue:
We need help setting up language mappings in order to get Smartling to work. Our website currently has two languages: 'en' and 'es'. We need to map these languages so that Smartling receives 'en-us' -> 'es-MX' as the language pairs. Right now it is receiving 'en' -> 'es'. Due to the complexity of the website, we are unable to use the method that involves creating new languages, then re-linking all of the content to those new languages.

Symptoms:
We are trying to send a post over to be translated by Smartling but we are receiving error - (29) This service does not support translation from en.

Questions:
How can we map 'en-us' to 'es-MX' for Smartling without creating new languages and re-linking content?
Can the translation proxy team help us put the correct mapping in place?

Thanks for your patience. I've escalated this, and could you please share the URL of your Website that you're working on, just in case they could not trace it using your account information?
