Background of the issue:
Hi, we have switched to pay-as-you-go and have successfully run the translation. But then it stopped due to insufficient funds. Looking at terms and policy, I see that once we reach the 100 EUR threshold, we should make the first payment to continue. However, I don't find how and where should I make this payment. There are no buttons visible whatsoever, in your website dashboard or in WP admin.

Symptoms:
Translation stopped due to insufficient funds and no visible option to make the required payment.

Questions:
How should I pay for the first 100 EUR?
Where can I find the payment option in the WPML dashboard or WP admin?
