I have a problem with my pages being translated into other languages. My main page is in English and from Time to time I make some adjustments to it with a design. But my translated pages don't show as same as the original ones. My question is how can you make it seem the same as the original one?

They don't sync correctly and these are 2 totally different web pages, I have the same issue on different pages.
it depends how did you translated/created the translated page and where are you adjusting default language design.
1) If you have translated via WPML editor, you need to re-translate the page-
2) If you translated manually, and the WPML editor is OFF; you need to make the same adjustment to the translated page.
3) If you are making changes inside page builder, you need to update/re-translate page. If you are making changes to theme page options, you need to make sure these custom fields are set to COPY from WPML > Settings, that way they will be synced to translated page.

Do you mean I need to delete my current translation and translate again? There is No way it should work this way. What if I used automatic translation and wasted my money on it? So I have to waste it again? Can you please clarify this for me?

Hi,
A deletion of your current content is not needed. You are translating segments. So, if you re-translate the page, only changes on those segments will appear. The rest will remain as translated. There is no recreation or retranslation needed in your case.
