Hi,

I have currently a website in French. I added English to translate the website.

It's a very short website, only one post (no menus, nothing...) I couldn't use the automated translation, it keeps telling me to add credits to the domain name (which I did).... So I translated the post manually. I would like to resolve this issue because I want to use this functionality later on other sites I own.

Second issue is, the layout is totally different on the translated version. It's seems that it's adding a template or something, and I can't see where it's coming from. I have purged all cache from Cloudfare and from the server. I switched to a different theme and the problem is the same. The template/layout used on the translated version of the site isn't the same...

Can you please help ?

I've checked your account and it looks like the 10k credits were not assigned to a Website. Could you please login to hidden link and deregister and re-register the sitekey.

Then, let me know if it fixes the missing credits issue.

As for the missing/broken layout, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
