I have enabled email notifications for the translators so that when a translation is pending review, they can get notified.

I see the setting and I've configured it like this: hidden link.

But when a page is translated automatically, the email notifications are not going out.

and when I manually login to the app and publish a translation, the page stays in draft mode.

Can you please help me with email notification issue and how to publish a page after reviewing the translation?

Hi,

Reference to our recent chat, please take your time to go through all those steps (also mentioned below for your convenience):

1. Cancel all automatic translation jobs from Troubleshooting as you did before.

2. Update WPML plugins to the latest ones: hidden link

3. Deactivate all plugins except WPML.

4. Switch to a standard WordPress theme like 2021 or 2023.

5. Create new page with simple text.

6. And see if automatic translation does its job completely. Also check for email notification.

6.1. To check if email notifications are really generated, install "WP Mail Logging by MailPoet" plugin, and check under Tools >Email if emails are generated and sent.

If till this point everything works fine, then check further by switching to your theme, and repeat #5 and #6. Otherwise it is on WPML and I'll need to engage my 2nd tier for detailed investigation.

If all goes fine, then start activating each plugin one by one, while repeating #5 and #6 after each plugin is activated. This way we will be able to find out if there's a conflict.

And feel free to add your findings,

Regards.
