Good day, I hope you can help me with this. On our site we use the Gravity forms API to get the results from a form we have on this page hidden link. This works great for English, of course but when you are on another language, the form is translated but the results being returned are not. When I go to the Gravity forms entries page, I can see the entries have been added in the language they were submitted in but the labels aren't translated. I the json response, the "Answers" translated but the Labels not at all. See attached screenshot. How can I fix this?
In order to understand the issue better and check if it is a bug, can you please follow the next steps:
I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Set up WPML
- Install the necessary plugins.
- Try to replicate the issue.
- Share with me step by step guide on how can I check the issue
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
I can give you access to the staging site instead? Setting this up on a new site will be a massive undertaking and I don't have capacity to do that right now
I understand, but I suspect it to be a bug, so we would need to replicate on a minimal sandbox, it will be a quicker process than debugging it on the working website.
I think the next step should be good for you to replicate:
- setup WPML language the same as on your website
- Install Gravity forms
- Export and import your form and entries.
- Check API and share steps with me on how to check.
I think it shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes, just to try and replicate this in the minimal environment as suggested.
Please let me know if this is possible and if not we can proceed with checking the issue on your staging.
