Please support.
My native language is Japanese. I am writing this through a translator. Please understand.

When I open the post editing screen, it says "The editor has encountered an unexpected error." The details of the error are as follows:
"react-dom.min.js:10 Error: Minified React error #31; visit"
"Objects are not valid as a React child (found: object with keys {rendered}). If you meant to render a collection of children, use an array instead."

I want to resolve this error.

Here's what I've done:

Change to the default theme → The error occurs
Disable all plugins except WPML → The error occurs
Disable only WPML and enable other plugins → No error
Therefore, I believe WPML is the cause.

Also, in the WPML management screen, it says "REST enabled No REST API is disabled, blocking some features of WPML." I thought this might be the cause.

However, I have not specifically disabled the REST API.
Please tell me how to check whether the REST API is indeed not enabled and how to verify if WPML is correctly utilizing the REST API.

If you have any other hints on how to resolve the error, please let me know.

Thank you.

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload.

Sometimes the check for the REST API can give false positives that you can ignore. You can determine whether the REST API is enabled by adding /wp-json/ to your site's URL (hidden link)

This will show you if it's enabled then you can ignore the notice shown by WPML about REST API.

Regarding the editor issue, please create a full backup of the database and website then update all the WPML plugins to the latest versions. Then check if the issue is resolved.

Let me know please if that helps.

Kind regards,
Mohamed
