Background of the issue:
I am trying to change the language in the admin dashboard of my WordPress site, hidden link, using WPML.

Symptoms:
When I change the language in the admin dashboard, the dashboard language also changes as per the language.

Questions:
How can I change the language in the admin dashboard using WPML?
