Can you record a video using tool such as hidden link, so I could understand how your workflow works?

I suspect that you may be using different translation editors, so try to replicate this issue by resaving the original page, this may trigger this overwriting.

Hi Bruno,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently managing three stores:

fanjackets.com (Base Store)
fanjackets.com/en-au (AU Store)
fanjackets.com/en-gb (UK Store)

I am facing an issue where updates made to banners in the Base Store are affecting the other stores. Specifically, when I add a new banner and click the update button in the Base Store, all other elements in the AU and UK Stores revert to match the Base Store settings.

I have attached some screenshots and included a Loom recording for further clarification.

Loom Recording: hidden link

I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

I already share credentials for staging website you can check this on Staging platform.

When trying to access the website, I got this:

Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner
Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)

Can you disable Wordfence at least from this staging website?

Can you please try the following:

1. Add the following code to your `wp-config.php` file to prevent automatic updates of translations when the original content is modified:

define('WPML_TRANSLATION_AUTO_UPDATE_ENABLED', false);

2. For further information, refer to our documentation: [Page Builders Translated Content is Overwritten with the Original When Updating the Original Post](https://wpml.org/errata/page-builders-translated-content-is-overwritten-with-the-original-when-updating-the-original-post/).

Can you tell me if this helped?

It is possibly a compatibility issue then, can you install Flatsome theme here?

And just create one page with such banner only, nothing else when it comes to content, and let me know if the issue is still there.

If the registration key for the theme is needed let me know.

I added the Flatsome theme according to your recommendations, but the issue persists: when I update the banner for the base store, the banner updates in all stores.

I am having trouble replicating the issue. This is what I did:

- opened hidden link in UX Editor and added a new banner image
- went to hidden link and replaced an image
- the banner image on the translation is still different, I tried various combinations of resaving but I'm still not seeing it

Can you record another video using hidden link?

The issue has been resolved in your sandbox environment, but we need to understand why it occurred on our website. This is a critical issue, and until it is resolved, we cannot proceed with updates on other stores like en-au and en-gb.

Perhaps the issue is with your theme hidden link.

It would seem that 3.8.1. is quite old?

What if you try to update it, but also try this with parent and not the child theme? In sandbox I see there is 3.13.3, but this one is from 2021, can you try with the latest on your site?

We need to have the latest versions before we resume debugging this.
