Background of the issue:
I am trying to create posts, pages, or upload images on my site hidden link when the WPML plugins are active. There could be a database issue.

Symptoms:
When the WPML plugins are active, I can't create posts, pages, or upload any images. I am receiving a WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'wpq9_icl_translations.PRIMARY'] with various INSERT INTO statements.

Questions:
How can I solve this issue? ........
