This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to recover the username or email associated with their WPML account but does not remember the credentials.
Solution:
We recommend that the client contacts us directly at hello@wpml.org with the domain name in question, their personal information, and any proof of ownership for the domain, such as a domain purchase or renewal invoice. The more information provided, the better. Our Accounts team will then inform the client of the next steps via email.

I have a new client, it is using wpml. It doesn't remember the username or e-mail of the person the wpml account was registered to. How can I recover it or add it to the account?

Hi there.

I would honestly recommend that he writes to us at hello [at] wpml.org letting us know the domain he is referring to, his personal information, and maybe even proof of him owning the right to use that domain (domain purchase/renewal invoice), practically, the more info the better.

This way, our Accounts team can let you know the next steps that will need to be taken. They will also get back to you or the client via email.

This forum is just for technical issues, we don't have access to accounts.
