Apologies. Noticed something else. In another taxonomy, while some terms have gone to other languages, they are not visible at all: hidden link check this

Hi,

Here is the new ticket. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

I found the issue with the taxonomy Locations on your site. If I click on the Name column to sort terms, the translation terms display as well. However, after reloading the page, the issue occurs again.

For example, the term "Vasilitsa", has ID 399 and doesn't have a parent term. In the table "wp_term_taxonomy", it has the parent term ID 24 which is the term "West Macedonia" in the English language. Please check the attached screenshots.

To fix the issue, you can follow steps:

1. Go to Properties > Locations > Switch to Greek language.
2. Click on the Column Name to sort terms and display them.
3. Edit the term, click on Update.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
