The slow query is responsible for loading all text domains available on your site for translations, so I don’t believe it is the cause of the issue.
You may also try the following steps:
* Go to **WPML → Support → Troubleshooting** and select **“Cleanup and optimize string tables.”**
Additionally, the suggestion from your hosting provider seems to be just a possibility, so I recommend performing the above actions once and then reviewing the outcome.
We will consult with out hosting provider again.
What's still open now, is why the WMPL system still thinks that WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is not installed and not active, while it is.
Can you check on that too?
Our hosting provider ran some tests and came with the following feedback:

I did test the suggestion from the WPML support team and it ran fairly quick and fast. I also used a few of the other tools on their troubleshooting page, however It didn't seem to make any difference at all.
WPML is still showing up on query monitor as running slow queries.
You can login to your dashboard right now on WordPress and use the Query Monitor plugin and click on the 'slow query' option. This will show you a result displaying WPML.
If you temporarily disable WPML string translation plugin this is removed and your site starts to run without any slow queries again.
If the guys from WPML would have any other suggestions into optimizing their plugins that would be great.
Right now, we have already set your server to run at more than what is recommended for WPML.

Could you please check the system and suggest a solution?
To get a better understanding, I suggest sharing a backup of your wp-content folder and your database. You can zip the files and send them to me via Google Drive. With these, I can set up a local copy of your site and take a closer look at the issue.
Thank you for the information.
We informed the tech team and they are looking into it. For now the issue appear to remain active, but we'll provide you with feedback as soon as we know more.
Kind regards,
Thomas
