Sorry for the late response because of the holidays.
Unfortunately this does not fixes the issue.
I've found out it is probably related to powerpack Pro elements, since when I use Elementer elements, the texts are translated.
However, Powerpack Pro support is rather slow.
So I have created a test site in our Sandbox site to speed up the debugging and escalation process. Because reproducing the bug in a fresh installation will help us a lot in troubleshooting, once we reproduce the issue in a minimal setup we can escalate the ticket directly to our compatibility developers. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Please click this URL to access the backend of the sandbox site - hidden link
Then try the following steps in the sandbox site and make sure the issue exists or not.
1) Install & Activate PowerPack Pro for Elementor
2) Configure it like your live site and translate the strings part of the Cart
3) Create a test product
4) Translate it to English
5) Add the Product to the Cart
6) Visit the Cart
Our compatibility team is still working on this issue. We have a workaround in this case. After the following steps, it is working as expected on the sandbox site.
1) Visit WPML>>Settings>>Custom XML Configuration
2) Add the following language configuration code in the *Custom XML Configuration* editor and save
