WooCommerce Category links broken after update

Fergus	I am trying to: access WooCommerce Product Category links in our clients WooCommerce/WPML site but the urls are not redirecting correctly. An additional language string is being added so instead of domain/nl/product-category we get domain/nlnl/product-category which results in a 404. Examine/click the first link on the dropdown on the main navigation menu on this page: hidden link Clicking it I expected to see the correct destination URL of: hidden link Instead, I the URL is resolving as a 404 because it is actually: hidden link I have resaved permalinks, checked htaccess and cannot see how or why these URLs are being altered in this way. Normal WooCommerce and WordPress pages such as hidden link are formed correctly with the single language "folder".

Fergus	I have had to restore a backup to allow the site to function correctly. I will create a development environment in due course and re-open the ticket/create a new one should the issue re-occur with the latest versions.
