I'm trying to restrict certain products from being shipped to certain postcodes of specific countries. For this purpose I am using Woocommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin:
The plugin works great for the main language of the domain. However, I got the domain translated into two other languages. For these translated languages, the restrictions do not work.
How do I make the translated domains have the same restrictions as the main domain?

I understand the issue you're having. I would like to inform you that the "Conditional Shipping and Payments" by the "WooCommerce" plugin is not listed in our compatible plugin list. Therefore, you may encounter some compatibility issues while using it with WPML.
