I've conducted several tests but I am unsuccessful, I see designer page is already translated properly and the design is also selected in secondary languages.
I recommend reaching out to the plugin support team to confirm if it's multilingual ready. They should be able to provide guidance on how to proceed or provide few steps to help us debug this further.
If settings that post type will help you can quickly change the settings yourself from WPML->Settings itself, I tried to check it but your login details is not working.
