This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported: the automatic translation was not connected and the site kept asking for a credit card despite the WPML account indicating that it should be on automatic translation.
Solution:
We discovered that the site had been migrated or restored from a backup file and set as a Copy site without sharing the Pay As You Go subscription. We moved the new site instance to the old instance on our server. Now, the client can see the Pay As You Go subscription in WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab and continue translating content on the site automatically. For further details, please refer to our documentation on using the Advanced Translation Editor when moving or using a copy of your site.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
Automatic translation not connected. toit.uk keeps asking for a credit card. Can you please connect them. My WPML account says toit.uk should be on automatic translation already but its not working.

Next. When we translated the site, one of our product categories isn't showing any products on the home page. So we expect the category slider to show products, but on all translations it just says "no products found" I can't sort this one out.

All languange translations go here: hidden link for category blue.
However, the tranlsated categories have no products at all: hidden link

This is onty the case for the blue category (blue is the main English category)
If you go to the shop, you can see that category misisng in the translation: hidden link

And all products from that category are not showing up at all.
Frech, spanish, prtugues< hidden link
Doesn't matter.

Symptoms:
Cant automatically translate
Product category not showing up, buttons not translating, menu not translating

Questions:
Hello, we can't translate anyhting because the connection is fixed, so we cant troubleshoot why an entire product category doesn't exist on all translations.

Here is a link to the screencast. The video will not upload I hope I don't loose this ticket.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

Checking on our server, I see you've migrated or restored your site from a backup file on May 31, set it as a Copy site and didn't share the Pay As You Go subscription.
I help you move the new site instance to the old instance on our server, now you can see the Pay As You Go subscription in WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab and continue translating content on your site automatically.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

We limit one issue per ticket only so I will split your second question into a new ticket for better handling.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
