Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate our mails which are sent via WooCommerce. I used the following simple tutorial to do this: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce-emails/. The mail is in English, except for the strings I have translated. The translated texts are translated automatically, I think.

I think something went wrong here and I can't figure out what.

Symptoms:
The mail is in english, except for the strings I have translated via WPML.
(subject, header and additional content.)

Questions:
Why is the WooCommerce mail translation not working as expected?
What could be causing the issue with the automatic translation of the email strings?

Hello,
I discussed this matter with the company and we do not want to migrate our data to another server.
Is there any other method to investigate further in this matter?

We increased the cpu speed of our testserver, this may help the issue.
If you're up to test again, I will share the credentials.

sure, I can try again, but in the end if that doesn't help in order to escalate the issue we would need to take a copy / migrate to our hosting to check further. You can always exclude any sensitive data and provide us a copy of a website like that.

Please share step by step guide how to check issue.

I am afraid the loading is still the same, it takes me almost a minute to open a screen. If you can provide us with a duplicator package excluding large files and any sensitive data, that would be great.

Also, as said, please share step by step guide on how to check the issue, I am not aware of the steps.

Hello,
this doesn't make sense. It works perfect for us.
Is it a problem on your site? Do you have the same problem on hidden link ?
We already got support on one of our testserver and there was no problem.

Please check this, it's a big task for us to exclude sensitive data.

Step by step guide:
Since the page is in german:

Go to: WooCommerce -> Bestellungen -> Click on Order #29893 Leon Raithel
Change E-Mail in "Rechnung" to an e-mail you want to use to check
On the right click "Wähle eine Aktion ..." and choose "Bestelldetails an Kunden senden"

You can translate emails in Woocommerce -> Einstellungen -> E-Mails

Click on "Verwalten" for "Bestelldetails" this is the Mail you will send, when you click on "Bestelldetails an Kunden senden".

thanks for getting back.

I appreciate your effort, and I am really trying to check, but it is not possible in such conditions. Maybe better to take time and try to provide us a copy, since either way if it needs to be escalated we need a copy for our 2nd tier support.

hidden link loads up fine in 4 seconds for me.

Weird, the testserver is loading in like 2 seconds for me.
What happens when you try to open the url with out the wp-admin part?
Is there any possibility to check if it's working?
Could it perhaps be a problem with HTTP?

My supervisor demands that we solve this without having to carry out a migration.

it works fine if I open it without the wp-admin part, but in wp-admin still the same. Maybe it is related to some country restrictions.

For example last load was 99s.

Also as I have said before, the best we can do is check on that test server, when it will be working and opening fine, but if it needs further debugging and escalation we would need a copy and can not provide further debugging and escalation without a copy of your site.

I just talked to my supervisor again and he's okay with the migration now.
Can you send me the data again? Seems like the data you just provided isn't working anymore.

yes, since your website is a bit larger, please provide a duplicator copy and filter OFF larger files to keep the size of the package smaller:
