An hour ago I found out that the Cart Page had a wrong and broken layout (see first screenshot). It was narrowed and the buttons were not in the right shape. The total price was not visible and the checkout button disappeared. The issue came up in both languages, English (the default) and Dutch (the translation).
It seemed to be only on my Mac (in Chrome and also in Safari). Not on my phone (Android). I have disabled AMP a couple of days ago because with AMP people could not check out.
I then used Health Check and Troubleshoot to put the site in Troubleshooting Mode and tested all plugins one by one, except Woocommerce which I needed for the Cart Page.
During all these steps the Cart Page showed as it has to.
But at once, when I enabled Woocommerce Multilingual, the issue came up again.
I did not expect Woocommerce Multilingual could cause layout breaks.
The issue can not be seen at the moment, for I disabled Woocommerce Multilingual, but I have a screenshot included. In fact it was even worse: the upper part, which is not in the screenshot, was not readable at all.
The second screenshot is the normal layout.
The WooCommerce Multilingual is keeping the styling changes to a minimum so it won't break the style added by the theme.
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area one more time so I can have a closer look at this, please? I tried to use the credentials you previously send to me but I got a message that I'm temporarily locked.
Can you tell me if I have to do anything else to see the issue, other than activating the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, please? I'm asking this because I activated it, then checked again the checkout page, but nothing changed on it. Maybe there's a specific browser that I need to use in order to see this? I'm using Google Chrome.
I'm glad to hear that everything works fine now. Don't forget that you can always a new ticket if this issue comes back or if you have any other question 🙂
