Since I updated the plugins and wordpress the other day, the order confirmation emails (at least the ones to me) are sent twice by WooCommerce: once in the customer's language and once in English (main language).

What is the reason for this? How can I disable this again? I think it is a bug. Other than the update, I haven't changed anything in the settings and the behavior started immediately after the update.

Hi there,

First of all I recommend you to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to verify if the emails are sent twice or what actions sends the emails.

I tried doing a quick test on a sandbox site but cannot replicate the behaviour. So if the issue is there on your site it looks like the issue is there only on your site. Can you please quickly check the following document and make sure the emails are translated as per the guide?

If the issue persists, I would need to take a closer look at your site. So would you please mind sharing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site? Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

I have enabled a private reply for you to share the credentials securely, which means only you and I have access to it.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site first to avoid data loss.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to make a copy of the site with plugins like Duplicator and deploy it in my local machine to test the issue further.

Also, please let me know the exact steps/process to see/replicate the issue on your site from my end.

I solved the issue by updating the plugins
