I agree - but it´s the protocol. The compatibility team will not connect to a client site and it must be freshly replicated.
The fix is the same one I provided previously but afterwards, you said that you were able to still generate the issue when you set the default language to DK and you set a manual price.
For me, I set the default language to ES and set a manual price for product gorro. I am unable to see the issue anymore.
Just replicated the issue again with the "polo" item. I think it might have something to do with the price being set manually in the other currencies for the product and not calculated automatically. I was not able to replicate it when it was just set to "calculate automatically"
Could you please take a back up of the site, so it won't disappear again? 🙂
I confirm that when DK is selected as default language, this happens. When ES is selected as the default language with the same product "polo"...it does not happen.
Would you mind testing this yourself?
The system is now set for ES and all things are the same. You will see that when doing the same steps with the polo product, the line item price is not changed when a new item is added.
I was not able to replicate, when it was set to Spanish however setting it to english also produced the error. Was spanish used as the default language when you set up the sandbox? It might be that the problem occurs with extra installed languages?
No, the default installed language on our sandbox sites is always English.
In my original testing, the problem only happened when DK is set as the default language.
If ES or EN was set as the default language, the problem did not happen with the "workaround"
But now I see it is also happening in the EN language. How strange. IN any case, I will send back to compatibility.
