This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with using the same Woocommerce shortcode in two languages on your site.
Solution:
We were unable to replicate this issue on a clean install, where the same shortcode worked in both languages. We recommend comparing your site settings with our test site settings. You can access our test site here: Test Site Link.
Ensure that there are no items in red on your WPML -> Support page. If all looks good, the next step is to test your site with only WooCommerce and WPML active to eliminate any third-party conflicts. If you do not have a staging site, consider setting one up using a plugin like WP Staging for testing purposes.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML Support Forum.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

I was not able to reproduce this issue on a clean install. The same shortcode works in both languages. Please feel free to use this link to login to the test site to compare your settings to my test site settings:

If everything matches, then please make sure your WPML -> Support page does not have any items showing in red. If everything there looks good, the next step will be to test your site in minimal settings, meaning only WooCommerce and WPML active to rule out any possible third party conflicts. Please let me know if you have a staging site where we can test that (next reply has private fields where you can share credentials to your staging site) and if not, we can set one up for you or you can use a plugin such as WP Staging to set one up for testing purposes.
