seems to be the continued problem as mentioned here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/plugin-updates-2/

Please update the meta-info in the repository.

Hello there,

Thanks for reporting, We have plans to make the plugins work with PHP 8 and we might release an update some time soon.

Regarding the notice you can safely ignore them and continue using these plugins.
