Hello, It turns out that your site contains 20GB of data (excluding the media) which is a big and I cannot download it as the server fails to keep up for the whole time. Could you check if your hosting provider or developer could run the site on a staging environment, or find some time to disable all the plugins to further test the issue as I suggested before? Thank you for your answer but I don't know how this is going to fix the problem which is making the page point to the translation in the directory. As I said before this isn't the first time that I have reported this issue and every time I get a different answer. |

Hello, I'm sorry that you had to mention this issue before, but I'm afraid that we need to debug this properly and follow the adequate steps, 1- We need to try this in a minimal environment, that means disabling all plugins except of WPML and Event manager > then activate a default theme like twenty twenty one. if that fixed it that means another plugin or theme is conflicting with WPML, downloading a copy was an option but 20GB is too much for the server... 2- If that did not help, we might need to retest this plugin's compatibility as this one was lastly tested in May 27, 2021 , that why we should make a ticket out of this conversation, you could then test the minimal environment, and from there I could send you the access to a new environment where we need to replicate the issue. Thank you for your reply. I deleted WPML and I opted for another translation plugin. WP Event Manager is crucial to my business and I can't handle this issue anymore. |
