This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WPML with WPForms to translate forms and integrate with ActiveCampaign. They need to receive the original English values of each field after form submission, regardless of the language the form is submitted in. However, they are encountering issues where translated values are sent instead of the original English values, causing problems with ActiveCampaign and other tools.
Solution:
We suggested checking if the input values that need to remain in English are appearing in the WPML Translation Editor when translating the form. If not, these values might be registered in WPML > String Translation. We recommended translating all option values in WPML > String Translation, and if the client wishes to keep the values the same in both languages, they should copy the original values. This approach should ensure that the original English values are sent to ActiveCampaign and other applications.

If this solution does not resolve the issue, we advised the client to test this setup and contact us for further assistance. We also recommended checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that they have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Thank you for the confirmation!

For the delay, this might be something ActiveCampaign specific on which we might not have any impact directly. It would be furthermore a WPForms topic, unless you could confirm that this delay only occurs on translated forms.

For the input values, I can confirm so far that those are not appearing on the WPML Translation Editor when translating the form, but they seem to be registered on WPML > String Translation.

Did you try to translate all the option values on WPML > String Translation?

Hello, and thanks for your reply.

For the delay, I opened a ticket for WPForms.
For the second problem, I don't want to translate hidden values and I want them to be English values and receive these values in other applications since those applications don't support other languages!

For example, in ActiveCampaign the countries are being filtered for us and for this to work we only have to receive the English name for each country, that is why we need this hidden value to be sent instead, in the original format and not translated.

*(For the Dropdown, Checkboxes, and Multiple Choice Fields, I am receiving the translated value that is being displayed on the translated form and not the Field Values *(hidden value only visible to admins please check this: hidden link))

If you want them values to be available in second language, you might need to try to translate them with WPML > String Translation. You can simply copy the original value of you do want to use the same value in both languages.

Please give this a quick test, and if this does not solve the issue I will try to recreate the problem on a test site and escalate it internally.

Hello, and good day, doesn't using String Translation affect the front end?
I mean if the user loads the form in Italian for example they will see the English text instead of the Italian, right?
This is not what we want!
