In my forms I have 2 notifications, one addressed to the person who writes the form and another addressed to me, to receive the information about the form they have filled out.
In forms in which the language is not the main one, the notification to the client always arrives in the correct language, but the one that comes to my email arrives in the main language, not in the translated language.
Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, may I ask you to try the following?
IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.
- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions.
- Make sure all the emails translations are complete (i.e. not in draft, pending review but are published). See https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/ for details.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML's and WPForms and check for the issue.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).
I have carried out all the tests that you have suggested, but the problem persists, when I receive an email notification in the translated language, the email fields continue to arrive in the main language,

Hello Carlos,
According to our email API (see https://wpml.org/documentation/support/sending-emails-with-wpml/), the emails should be sent in the user's language (the language defined in Users > our Profile in WordPress) and not in the language of the page where it was sent.
If I understand correctly, this is the result you have, which appears to be working correctly.
As a quick test, you can change the language of the user receiving the email (in users > profile) and check if the email arrives in that language.
Please let us know if it works.
