Hello,

On my test site, the import worked using your template.

I will need to take a copy of your site to investigate this further, as the issue might be related to a third plugin.

Also, take note that we currently have various known issues regarding WPML All Import:

Best regards

I have already deactivate all plugins except wmpl and woo and the problem was still there. I did all the usual steps.

Hello,

I am still taking the copy of the site for testing, which seems to take a while.

It is odd, that you can confirm an issue in minimal setup, as it works on my test site.

The only issue was that the import was completed and the products did not show up directly. I had to disable WPML and moment and enabled it again - not sure if this is related to the sandbox server.

Which steps do you take after loading the template? Did you make any changes to the import steps?

Best regards
Andreas

I will keep investigating once I have a copy of your site running on localhost, only it seems to take a while, as the site is pretty huge.

Hello,

My apologies for the delay in answering, but due to the huge size of the database the migration took very long.

I can confirm the reported error on my test after trying to run the import.

The error persists when testing only with WooCommerce, WP All Import PRO, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, WCML, and WPML All Import.

The odd part is, that I can not confirm the issue in a similar setup on my sandbox test site.

The error says: "imposssible to set _wcml_duplicate_of_variation"

I then investigated the import log and actually, it looks like all imports are skipped as they are already existing on the site:

Example:
SKIPPED: Previously imported record found for `Oppali Black Stainless steel 304 Entrance door Pull handle | Inclined at an angle of 45° | Round T-Bar | 50cm Total Length`

If I search on your site for "Oppali Black Stainless steel 304 Entrance door Pull handle | Inclined at an angle of 45° | Round T-Bar |" there are already 18 identical products and most of them have the same SKU 257010.

Then your import file also has this product with the same SKU 257010.

Try to clean up the duplicated products on the site and if importing again make sure to use the WP All Import Option to overwrite existing products.

I suggest you revise the import file as it might be that you are trying to import new products instead of overwriting existing products.

Best regards
Andreas

There are no duplicate products. When I deactivate wplm and all the plugins the import works perfect. I did everything, even I've delete and all the special characters from taxonomies. There is a problem with the wpml plugin.

257010 is the parent sku for the other products. all other products has different sku and at the end of the discription has the total length

My apologies for the delay in answering, as we had a long weekend here in Peru due to national holidays.

I still had a local copy of your site, which I used for testing earlier in my last reply.

There are 415 English products on this copy and no existing translations.

Now, I first tried to import the English file on your local copy, and after running various imports with your English import file, the products with the SKU 257010 appear duplicated nine times with the same SKU plus another eight times without an SKU.

I removed all those duplicates, removed them from the trash bin, and left only one version for SKU 257010.

Now, what is very surprising is, that I do not find such SKU inside your English import file.

I then ran the import ID 113 Oppali_com_EN.csv again.

Once I try to run the import I get the following error on WP All Import:

"There's a problem with your import file"
"It has changed and is not compatible with this import template."

At this moment, I am not able to test here - the import will not even work if I disable WPML.

I further see now that you removed all the products from your site. At the moment there is only one English product and there are 396 products in the trash - is this expected?

I would like to ask you to test the import again and maybe import again from scratch, without a template, and then test again and let us know if you run into further issues.
