Wpml and WPML String Translation database slow query problem

tornikeS	Background of the issue: I am experiencing a database overload issue with the WPML plugin on my website hidden link. We have tested various solutions including increasing server specifications, changing to the default theme, turning off WPML, cleaning the wp_icl_strings table, and disabling WP Rocket. The issue persists, and it started about a week ago. WPML String Translation and WPML plugins seem to be causing the server overload. I have attached the queries that are consistently running and overloading the database. Symptoms: The database is overloaded to 100% when WPML is active, causing server errors. Questions: What should we do to resolve the database overload issue caused by WPML? Why is WPML automatically and consistently running certain queries that overload the database?

Generally, the number of queries generated by WPML depends on the size of your database, particularly the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables. In some cases, a high number of queries may also result from compatibility issues with other plugins or themes. Could you please let us know the current size of your database, especially the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables?
