Background of the issue:
I am trying to address an issue reported by our client where the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) is not loading.

Symptoms:
I encountered an ATE error with the message: 'Unable to retrieve job details.' The Advanced Translation Editor error log shows a 'Service Unavailable' under ATE Server Communication.

Questions:
Is this a problem with the ATE server?
