This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using WPML and ACF and are trying to automatically translate texts from the ACF options pages but cannot find how to do so.
Solution:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically translate texts from the ACF options pages using WPML. An ACF options page is not treated as a regular page in your database. As a result, it always needs to be translated manually and cannot be automatically translated like a standard post or page. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Hi,

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, I'd like to guide you through some initial debugging steps to speed up the support process.

Sorry, currently it’s not possible to translate the ACF options pages automatically. You should be able to translate it manually by following the below steps:

1. Open the ACF options page in the default language.
2. Switch to secondary language using admin language switcher.
3. Translate it manually and press the save/update button.

Here is a doc for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/translating-the-acf-options-page-custom-fields-with-wpml/

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.
Thank you

Uhm, the whole question is about NOT doing it manually, but auto-translate.

If it's not possible to auto-translate the options, that's OK too, I just need to know if it is or not. And if it is, how.

Of course I can translate it manually. But that's not what we want.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not possible. An ACF options page isn't technically treated as a regular page hidden link">in your database. As a result, it always needs to be translated manually and cannot be automatically translated like a standard post or page.

Best regards,
Marcel

Ok good to know. I though there was maybe a hidden option to do this 🙂
