I am trying to send the following page for translation on my website:
hidden link
In WP Admin, I go to WPML Translation Dashboard / Translation Management, select this page for translation from English into other languages, choose "Automatic translation" or “Translate myself”, and click “Translate content”.
After that, WPML shows the following message:
“WPML cannot send some of the content to translation.
Some of the content that you selected for translation includes fields that are encoded. Translators will not be able to work on this kind of content, so we removed it from the job.”
I would like to understand which fields on this specific page are causing this issue and how to fix it so the page can be translated correctly.
Could you please check whether this is related to theme options, custom fields, page builder fields, serialized/encoded data, or WPML translation settings?
I have attached screenshots showing the Translation Dashboard and the error message.
Hello, after speaking with your AI assistant I've activated "Translate everything automatically" on my website, and now after it's finished translations the page I need is still not translated - I'm sending it for automatic translation, but the issue persists.
Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you on this issue.
To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.
So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. hidden link
