WPML has a conflicted with Memcaching. See this chat with Siteground. Since we have now disabled Memcaching our site is very slow and we cannot replicate this problem for WPML. I do trust you understand the issue. Below is access to logs on our staging site.

Your case has been escalated to me and I have reviewed it in detail.
Do note that the reported issue is a known problem between WPML and the Memcached service.
Having this in mind, we’d like to clarify that Memcached is a third-party service that we provide to our clients as part of our offerings.
However, as a third-party service, we are not responsible for maintaining or supporting it beyond the provision of access. While we strive to ensure compatibility with popular applications and platforms, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee seamless integration with all third-party extensions or applications.
In this case, as the issue seems to be related to the interaction between Memcached and the WPML plugin, we recommend reaching out to the WPML plugin developers or their support team for further assistance. They will be better equipped to provide guidance and support specific to this integration and can offer insights or solutions tailored to your needs.
Should you have any further questions or need assistance with any other aspect of our services, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
Best Regards,

Dear Bigul, we tried the above steps and it did not fix our issue. We are still seeing duplicates in our main menu from the admin side. Can you make any other recommendations? It would be great if WPML could work together with memcaching. We only have so many resources available to help page speed loading. Do you have any suggestions with that? Would it help if you had access to a staging site to test?

One note, we have been forced to turn off memcaching from the server side. This is not an ideal solution for us. If you need to test we will have to reenable it once again.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. Further testing is indeed necessary. Is it possible for you to create a staging site (a clone copy of the live site) on the Siteground server with memcaching enabled? This will help us troubleshoot the bug without affecting your live site.

I am enabling the private option for the next reply. Please check and let us know your feedback.
