We are trying to use content copy on our ACF blocks. As we click on "Copy content from English" and publish the page, nothing is happening on the cms. The changes are visible on the website but we dont see any of the content on the cms side. This function works properly with the other languages we use but this error occurs only in Spanish. I will be attaching the screen records wetransfer link so you can see how it looks when we do it.

This is the third ticket we opened as it havent been solved yet. This is an urgent issue for us therefore we wait for your support as soon as possible.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding.

I reviewed the video but it seems that it was not entirely completed. The video was 29 seconds long and ended during the saving process, which is why, I couldn't be able to identify which fields do not appear in the backend.

However, I understood the issue you're having. Could you please check the Translation preference settings for the fields that are not displaying any data even after copying the contents? You can check that by going to the "WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation" section.

If the Preference of those fields is set to "Translatable", kindly check by changing that to "Copy" or "Copy once".

If the translation preference of those fields is already set to "Copy", then a closer inspection will require to understand the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,
