The solution that was offered to us to choose "Copy" or "Copy once" on the fields we had a problem with. The reason we cant use this solution is that those fields are not showing up on the settings section, so we cant choose those options. What could be the reason of those fields not showing up on the Custom Fields Translation settings?

Sorry about your experience. Our automated process closes the ticket if we receive no reply within a week or two. Please add a reply in a couple of days even with a simple message that you need more time to keep the ticket open.
If you have selected the mode same fields across the language then you don't need to change any settings.
However, we are not sure what exactly the issue is. From your last message, I see our team said
I reviewed the video but it seems that it was not entirely completed. The video was 29 seconds long and ended during the saving process, which is why, I couldn't be able to identify which fields do not appear in the backend.
Also, the video is not there on the provided link. I would suggest describing the problem in a complete video so we can understand the issue.
Also, please records the screen of your custom field to see the exact mode you are using.
