This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is attempting to translate the homepage using WPML and Elementor, but is encountering issues with a widget from the Medilink theme by radiustheme, which is not on our compatibility list. Some texts remain untranslated and are still displayed in English.

Solution:
We recommend following our guide to register a widget with WPML for translation: how to register page builder widgets for translation.

The guide provides a detailed explanation and a video demonstration.

I expected to see: I'm Expecting to see all texts are translated to chinese

Instead, I got: some of them are still in english because of limitations.

Thank you for contacting the support.

The said theme isn't on our compatibility list, but, since you're using Elementor you can follow this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/#how-to-find-widget-s-registration-information to register a widget with WPML for translation.

After you've followed that guide, then edit your existing/original page in default language, make a little change in content, save and update the translation. In translation editor, then you should be able to find the content of that widget too.

I already followed the instruction and tried to change the Title and content on array to chinese translation it didn't translate anyway hidden link can you assist me with this how to use the array if I'm doing it right thanks

You don't have to translate that serialized array, but to follow steps 6 and 7 from the guide:

6. Copy the content of the serialized array.

7. Use your preferred unserialize tool to better see how the widget is outputting its content. In our case, we used the Unserialize site.

and follow along. The guide has also detailed explanation about the content you get after unsearlize, as well as, a video showing how to do it.
