This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client noticed that all their credits were mistakenly assigned to their clients' accounts and needed a way to transfer them back to their own account.
Solution:
We explained that when a sitekey is created, WPML allocates 2000 free credits to that site, which cannot be transferred to another account or site. These credits are specifically allocated to the site they were issued for. We checked the client's sites and confirmed that most of them have these free credits. Additionally, we noted that one particular site, mentioned by the client, had 4000 free credits, which is why they saw the message about the credits.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I've noticed that all my credits are mistakenly assigned to my clients' accounts.
How can I transfer them back to my own account?

When I log in to the sites and try to transfer the credits to our WPML account, they tell me to contact support.

We want to recover all the credits from all the sites.

Thanks for reaching out to WPML support. I’m here to help you with this issue.

When you create a sitekey, WPML gives you a free 2000 credit. You can’t withdraw/transfer these credits to your account/other site because they’re allocated to the site. I checked your sites, and most of them have those free credits. I also noticed that the site you mentioned, hidden link, has 4000 free credits added. That’s why the message shows that way.
