[Resolved] WPML Credit Transfer to PTC Not Reflected

We recently transferred our credits from WPML to PTC; however, it has now been over two weeks and the credits have still not been reflected on the PTC side.

We are planning to use these credits with PostmanSMTP.com, so this delay is affecting our workflow.

Could you please investigate the status of this transfer and let us know:

Whether the transfer was successfully processed on your end
If there are any delays or issues we should be aware of
An estimated timeline for when the credits will appear in PTC
