Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with WPML where it detected a new address for my site. The site was previously at hidden link and now it’s at hidden link. I have a brand new license key owned by my account, and I don't have access to hidden link. I hope resolving this will fix the hreflang issues my site has been having.

Symptoms:
WPML detected a new address for this site. The site was previously at hidden link and now it’s at hidden link.

Questions:
Do I choose 'Yes/This is only a copy - original site is still running' or 'No/I changed the address of the site to this new one'?
After I decide which option is right for me, what will I need to complete the process?

Hi there,

Please select "'No/I changed the address of the site to this new one'" and go through the prompts.

What are the hreflang issues you are experiencing? This warning is related to your automatic translation account and would not be related to such an issue.

Hi Bobby,

Wouldn't that indicate the my website is now abeytanelson.local now though?

If you can, I could really used some scheduled hands-on support.

I am seeing "438 pages have no hreflang and lang attributes" in my SEMRush report.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby
